MEET THE TEAM
Ben Fearnley
Ben has been building for over 15 years and has experience in new house builds, a wide range of renovation work, fences and decks.
Qualifications:

Ben loves being a Dad to his three kids, hanging out, roasting marshmallows, and kicking a ball around. He also enjoys diving and fishing in the summer months (or whenever he can).
Bec Fearnley
Bec gained her BEdPE in 2005 and taught as a PE and Health teacher for 4.5 years before having kids. At this point she took over the administration of the business and is now very involved with the day-to-day organisation including working with clients and subcontractors.

Bec loves being a mum and raising 3 kids with Ben. She loves getting out and about, enjoying exercise, running and biking, as well as family activities in the weekends.
Toby
Before Toby started building, he worked in the adventure tourism industry working as a glacier guide in NZ, and also as a ski instructor in Canada. Toby started working as an apprentice for Fearnley Construction in 2019 and says he loves every minute working alongside great people.
Toby really likes experiencing the outdoors, from skiing in the winter, to rock climbing in the summer.
Kathryn
Kathryn is an emergency nurse and has worked both in NZ, and in Australia. She is also a wedding and family photographer part-time. Having recently started a family, she is now spending some time at home with her three kids and works part-time as an Accounts Assistant. She is a great help to Bec and a fantastic member of our team.

Kathryn loves getting outdoors walking or jogging, skiing, or going to the lake. She enjoys being a mum, and loves photographing people.
Latia
Before kids, Latia worked both as a regional retail manager, as well as working as a project administrator for a construction company. After becoming a mum, she has now become an integral part of our administration team working both as an accounts assistant, and as an administrator. Latia’s passion pre-children was Athletics, and now she enjoys spending time with her family and going on walks and picnics together.
