Like the look of our plans?  A House and Land Package is also something that we can offer. We have completed many House and Land Packages.  Enquire with us as we may have a section available for a house to be designed and built on and sold as a House and Land Package. If you would like to build with us, you can be involved from the commencement of this process, in order to get your preference of house design. We will take your preferences into account when designing your home, and our designer works closely with us to achieve a quality, functional, and practical house.

Often our homes are clad using the following materials: Brick, Linea weatherboards, Cedar or Axon panel. If you are involved in the process prior to the design stage your choice of cladding/s can be chosen. The houses are often, (but not limited to), 3 or 4 bedrooms, with 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining and living with most houses also having a separate living, study and sometimes a walk-in pantry. All houses come with a minimum of a double internal access garage, a heat pump and most have a fire in the home. 

The houses are double glazed and insulated throughout. Quality Methven tapware and Bosch or Fisher & Paykel appliances are used. LED down lights are used throughout the house - a real energy saver! 

The houses always include all concrete patio/s, path and driveway, the letterbox, boundary fences, as well as the lawn prep and hydroseed (spray grass). 

A 2hr consultation with a Landscape Architect is also included as part of this package. Craig from Form Garden Architecture will provide you with a design that you can use for your garden landscaping once you shift in!
